On Monday 4th April, I started a very busy book promotion tour of Irish schools at St. Aidan’s Community School in Tallaght, Dublin 24. Over the course of the week I visited six schools in Dublin, Waterford and Limerick about all things superhero and science. During the incredibly busy I presented 22 interactive workshops based around the book “Secrets of Superhero Science”. There were nods of disbelief from many students as I explained to them that some of the superpowers that appear in the superhero films could play an important role in the future.
During one workshop St. Aidan’s Community School in Tallaght I was interviewed by students about what it was like to write the book and other aspects of the superhero science. In addition the Tallaght Echo were present to take some pictures at the workshop for an article that was published in the Tallaght Echo on the 7th April.
